Yes, we did it! I want to thank everyone who was so helpful in the campaign. Special thanks to Joseph Rand, Heidi Broecking, Bill Capowski, and of course my wife, Rosemary Serluca-Foster.
I look forward to serving Nyack another two years as Trustee. This has been a spirited campaign, and I am thankful that our community is mobilized and interested in all the activity that is currently happening.
After all of the fervor, I encourage everyone in the community to please take a breath and pause, so that we can begin to work together in a respectful and civil manner to make Nyack even better than it already is.
We have a great Village Board that is both pragmatic and progressive. We have made huge improvements in the last few years, and I encourage everyone in the community who wants to make a positive difference to work with us. We need and appreciate your help since we are only five Board members with a very small and overloaded staff.
All we require is that you bring a positive and respectful approach, (a sense of humor doesn’t hurt either!). We can be much more productive working together, creating positive change.
